System scheme:
There are four commonly used system schemes: full adhesive system, mechanical fixing system, empty laying system and gasket fixing system.
Full adhesive system: generally used for roof, basement side wall. The composite non-woven fabric PVC and the base (concrete surface, metal surface, wood surface) are bonded and firmly bonded with three-hole special adhesive. PVC below the non-woven fabric can play a role in isolation, protective agent buffer.
Basic requirements: moisture content ≤ 8%, and smooth, dense, no peeling, etc., the construction is affected by the weather.
Mechanical fixing system
Generally used in roofing engineering, pull-out test is carried out on the base. According to the pull-out value, wind load and dynamic wind load simulation experimental value and empirical formula provided by Sankong Company, fixed spacing and quantity are calculated to meet the requirements of wind-resistant floating force. The fixing parts are self-tapping screws and special metal gaskets.
The construction is less affected by weather, temperature and humidity.
PVC gasket fixing system
Generally used in the basement side wall, railway highway tunnel, side wall and vault.
Requirements for flatness of base course: 1/8-1/6 (high loss ratio). This method is not affected by the temperature and humidity of the grass-roots level, and the surface of the grass-roots level can also be used for construction.
Empty Shop System
Generally used for underground, roof, floor, roof garden and pedestrian driving roof.
No adhesives and fixings. According to user needs, add a layer of non-woven fabric on the waterproof layer for protection.
